To ensure that business and customer needs are met, we establish quality objectives throughout our business. To monitor and measure performance these objectives are regularly reviewed.

It is EISL’s aim to provide a professional and reliable service to all customers, in a timely manner, and in accordance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Customers are encouraged to provide comments and suggestions or make us aware of any concerns with the service. We seek fair, just and prompt solutions whenever possible to any complaint received and also as a company, we strive for continuous improvement.

Our personnel are committed to quality and recognise its importance. We ensure we act accordingly and we recognise that it is our responsibility to motivate all employees and provide them with the means to do so. Our employees are our greatest asset and we aim to give them every opportunity to use their skills and experience to improve the quality of the service we provide.
